What do we mean by Affordable Interior Designers ?

Affordable for us does not mean cheap. The definition of affordable will vary depending on each individual. What we mean by being affordable is that for the given quality of material, our interior design will be among the lowest in Pune.

Our standard, fastest selling package is the basic pack where a wardrobe costs around Rs.1250 per sft. We also have a premium package which has a lot of frills and complete design support along with premium branded material like Greenply, Centuryply, Royale Touche and Hafele soft close hardware which starts from around Rs.1600-1700 per sft. We are also working on a low cost package with basic engineered wood which we plan to launch at around Rs.1000 per sft or so.

How does our interior design process work?

We try to make sure that the process is as streamlined and simple as possible.

1. The first step is taken over a simple phone call when we take basic requirements and prepare the quote and send it. This is based on the floor plan which we ask for. This helps in giving you an idea of the cost as well as entire details of the material that we have considered.
2. Step 2 usually means meeting at the site and discussing in greater detail. Our team will take the requirements as well as measurements to ensure that all things are covered and you get a quote as close to the actual thing as possible.
3. Once you are happy, we take a small token advance and start off on the details and interior designs if applicable. These discussions happen with you and all the interior design requirements are frozen.
4. Lastly, we start the execution on the premises or in the factory as applicable.

What do our quotations give?

We take great pride in saying that our customers have complimented our quotations themselves also. We ensure that our quotations are as transparent as possible. Interior Design is a complicated process made even more so because a lot of customers do not know most of the things about it. The least we can do, as an interior designer in Pune, is to make sure that the quote gives all the information possible.

What is the cost of interior design?

For laminate finish on garjan plywood, our rate for wardrobe starts from around Rs.1250 per sft. This includes ISI marked marine grade plywood with internal laminate and external 1 mm laminate, Hettich or Ebco hardware and 2 mm PVC edge banding on the shutters. We give a 5 year warranty on this product. For kitchen, prices start from around Rs.1350 per sft where the plywood is BWP or Boiling Waterproof. We have options of having a designer work with you. We also have options of Hafele hardware and Greenply. Depending on what you want, we can give the costs. Currently, we do not work on particle board (some websites call it engineered wood which could mean anything).

How long does the total design process take?

For a simple interior design work for a flat with laminate finish, we promise to finish the work in 40 days. This obviously requires all designs to be frozen beforehand and payments made on time. In any case, once the design work is frozen, we let you know the timeline for the project. With polish happening across as well, usually the work will be over within 60 days or so. It’s important to know that not only the customer but we also lose money if a project gets delayed. Our low costing is taken keeping in mind certain timelines.

Do we take up renovation work in residential projects?

Yes we do take up renovation work but the prices may be different from what we charge for a new project. The reason is that firstly, there will be an additional cost of dismantling the previous interior design work.
